Catalog represents stock items. All items ship within 2 to 5 business days. Please CLICK HERE to see list with manufactures representative. Although an item may not be listed in our catalog we have the resources through our supply chain to procure you safety needs. Non stock items may require a factory minimum. Shipping

Orders are shipped FOB St. Louis, MO. Our experienced shipping department will always choose the most efficient method of shipping.

Products considered hazardous for shipping require special packaging, handling, and additional shipping charges.

International Shipments
All shipments outside the United States will require either a UPS or FedEx Account number to ship. All shipments will be freight Collect.

 

Claims

Although we are very careful when packing your order, damage may sometimes still occur. If a UPS package is damaged, ask the driver to note the damage in his records, then call us immediately. Our customer service department will fix the problem for you and initiate the claim. If a truck shipment is short or damaged, note the discrepancy on the delivery record, and then call us immediately.

Returns

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase from Colt Safety. If the product purchased is considered a standard stock item we will be happy to take back the merchandise and post a credit to your account within 30 days of invoice. Restocking charges up to 25% may apply on all returned items. Non-Standard, Non-Stock items, custom items, and seasonal items are non-returnable.
